For League fees, policies and procedures please view the League rules page. All players must be registered with USA Hockey and have turned in their USA Hockey form (IMR) into League Administration.
USA Hockey Forms (IMR's) USA Hockey IMR's should have been turned into League Administration by January 11th, 2009 USA Hockey registration forms (IMR's) can be emailed to cbilleter@slco.org and/or sschimdt@slco.org Note: When emailing or faxing any forms to League Administration please list the Team that it is for. Please visit usahockey.com to register and to watch the new standard of play video. No player will be allowed on the ice without USA Hockey receipt of insurance(IMR).
Adams Division 1 – designed to be the top caliber division of play. It is typically comprised of former pros, college and junior players, and players who were at the travel team level as they progressed through the youth hockey ranks. Norris Division 2 – will include players who may have once played at a high level but who are now older and slower. Patrick Division 3 – conceptually this level is for the intermediate level player. Any player who is currently or has played the past 2 seasons at a College, Junior or Midget Major level will not be allowed to play in this division. Smythe Division 4 - conceptually for the more beginning level player (5 years or less playing experience) or over 40 players who have not played travel team, college, junior or professional hockey in the past.
